My user isn’t verified, but I don’t see where to add my verification code.
During the sign-up process, you’ll be asked to enter a verification code. This verification code will be emailed to the address you used during sign-up.
If the app is closed while you are retrieving the verification code, or you decide to come back to it later, the box to enter your verification code may disappear.
In order to retrieve the verification code box and successfully verify your account, follow these steps:
- Open Qwill the app
- Click “Get Started”
- Enter your email address and password as if you were going to sign in
- Once you enter your credentials, you’ll see a link for “Have a verification code?” appear
- Click “Have a verification code?” and enter the 6-digit code from the email
